You are applying for membership in the housing cooperative promoting the Gavia Garden development (39 homes for sale). The cooperative entity is ARAVACA HILLS, Sociedad Cooperativa Madrileña, registered at Calle Orense 58, 4th floor, Madrid.

Download it, complete it and sign it. The official reference document is the PDF GAVIAGARDEN_SOLICITUD ALTA (when downloaded it will be saved with a filename adapted to your device).

Step 2 · Make the transfer

The deposit is made through a notarial deed. If you request withdrawal, the Board will process the refund to your original account through the notary.

Calendar

Home selection

The Board of Directors will prepare the official selection list and invite you, in person or remotely, to choose your home. The status of each home (Available / Reserved) will be updated in real time at gaviagarden.com.

Important

Prepare a list of at least 3 homes in order of preference, in case your first choice is not available when it is your turn.
